Lew Grace is Managing Director of Manufactured Home Communities lending and investing program, based in Irvine, California, within the Specialized Industries group of GE Real Estate.  Lew's team provides debt and equity financing to owners of land lease manufactured home communities covering all markets in the U.S. 

Lew has been with GE Real Estate in Irvine for 13 years in a variety of originations and risk management and asset management roles.
