William H. Gregory

National Sales & Strategy Leader - Net Lease

William H. Gregory is the National Sales & Strategy Leader of GE Real Estate Business Property’s Net Lease division. Gregory’s management responsibility includes managing the company’s single-tenant and owner-occupied commercial real estate net lease activities and portfolio as well as a team of more than __ net lease professionals throughout the United States.

Gregory has held various sales management, underwriting and leadership assignments with GE since he joined the company in 1980. In 2000, he became Executive Vice President with responsibility for oversight of all company debt and sale-leaseback activity in the middle market.

Gregory holds a bachelor’s degree from State University of New York (Stonybrook) and an MBA from Sacred Heart University.
