1. LIMITED LICENSE FOR USE OF SITE MATERIALS

GE reserves the right to terminate your use of the Site and to deny access to your Company workspace upon notification from your Company that you are no longer an authorized user of the Company workspace.
GE may terminate, change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of this Site, including the available features of the Site, at any time. GE may also impose limits on certain features and services and/or restrict access to parts or all of the Site without notice or liability. GE may terminate the authorization to use the Site and any other rights set forth in this Agreement, and upon such termination, your right to use the Materials shall cease and you shall immediately destroy all Materials.
Failure to comply with these requirements may give rise to civil and/or criminal sanctions and/or result in the immediate restriction of your access to all or part of the Site, without notice.
