Reduction of the loan-to-value ratio
Alexandre Sieber, Vice-President and General Manager of GE Real Estate, points out that his company intends to distinguish itself from insurance companies and banks by offering loans covering up to 85% of the market value of the properties. “Our chequebook is open for solid customers,” he says.
