Chas Curtis is Senior Vice President, Pricing of GE Real Estate where he leads pricing activities worldwide with a strong focus on industry trends, market analysis, value mapping, customer profitability, and waterfall management.
Chas comes to Real Estate from Storage USA where he served as their Senior Vice President of Pricing since 2002.
Before Storage USA, Chas spent five years with Security Capital Group building their research function then working with the CEO and senior team on investment and disposition strategies. Prior to that, he led global engagement groups at Booz Allen and Hamilton.
Chas received his M.B.A. from Stanford University in 1994.
